  1. Version 1.0 requires a complete reset of the door!
  2. You must reinstall from scratch if you've been using a beta version.
  3. You may use the same "sysop.cfg" and batch file if you wish,
  4. but EVERYTHING else must be deleted and reinstalled.

  6. You MUST create a directory called "mail" (no quotes) directly
  7. under the directory that The Personals is installed in.
  8.  
  9. Future versions will take care of this with an install utility.
